Springs getting fitted on wednesday up here I'll ask how much to fit the actuator. If its not ridiculous ill get it done then. I'd like to also try and make sure that all the exhaust and turbo bolts are tight so there is no leaking. Not sure if it's a coinsidence but the ute is only bootsing to 7psi now. I've had the exhaust leak for a while so the actuator must be stck or broken as of last night.
