If its any consolation Brandon I have got your old cooler in and all hooked up.I have changed the induction pipe so that I didnt have to move the battery. It may suffer a little heat soak until I get my other bonnet put on.The car has way better pickup than before, the only problem is ,is that it keeps blowing off one of the silicon hoses so I have double clamped the little bastard on either end so hopefully she'll be alright .I hope your holiday improves mate.

and im running your old cooler setup now Envyxr! , Sams bro is the head mechanic for Rajab Racing in Melbourne, and his coming up here soon.. so I may just get him to tune my car for me! would be streets ahead in knowledge of any tuner in QLD. From living in Melbourne all my life and having many modified cars, QLD seriously has the most duddest workshops around and practically zero big HP cars cruising up and down the streets!

how many of you are going to be at this dyno day on saturday? I am planning on coming down at lunchtime.. and you will probaly hear me coming from maroochydore! ... haha, coming down in old skool carby 355 style :)

 Wow, you certainly didnt move up here to make friends. Not sure how long you've lived up here but Ive only lived in QLD for 5 years. I certainly wouldnt say the same thing and I think most people in the industry would disagree with you. Theres less workshops, id agree but that also mean there is less workshops giving the industry a bad name also.

Dont forget Willowbank has more off street drag racing then any strip in VIC and Heathcote isnt really up to a high standard. Before WSID opened there wasnt much else on the East Coast except Willowbank. The more test and tuning the more knowledge.

I dont want to start a back and forth, but that comment was a bit out there. As with any good tuner, a good relationship between the customer and the tuner is a must. That I know most tuners in QLD offer. Theres plenty of BIG HP cars in QLD. Ever heard of THISSO? CHOP YA? 6BOOST? You wont find a bigger drift scene in Australia then SE QLD.

I didnt make my post to start any wars with anyone..You are definately right in regards to the drag strip, but that's not Melbournes fault.. its the fact the track its on is owned by a greedy *beep* who sees more value in selling the land for a housing estate! and everytime a world class track is put to tender..its gets shutdown by local councils.. etc etc..

but the street scene in melbourne is unlike nothing you could ever imagine, most weekends you will find 9sec cars crusing in packs along the main highways, QLD just doesnt have the same scene or the vast majority of tuners and workshops to compete with the levels they are reaching down south... come out on a friday night and head down princess hwy and you will see 8sec+ cars on the street.
