I hear what your sayin Strick9, but information is shared and readily available these days. Us QLD's cant be that backward we need to rely on Mexicans?

I dont believe you do get what you pay for all the time. Most of the time your paying more due to them having higher overheads then the little guy.

Best part about the car modifying scene is its all up to the individual.

we are behind though. why do all the tuners round the state go to nizpro seninmars? its who does all the rnr. 30 tuners across the country go to these. all renound tuners across the country go to learn new things from them.

was hopeing to crack the 500, but in saying that I did expect to screw more boost into it, we had an issue with the twin fuel pumps not working together, so it got cut down to 1, then only running 1 fuel pump it started to run to lean above 24, so that's what it got pulled back to,

future holds

stud the heads

get fuel pumps working together and throw boost into it

I got 468 at 24psi for now, havnt seen the graphs personally but im told the boost line is nice n str8 and afr's r good

alls sweet with yours. I,ve seen the graphs. that's a big project. check out the 400 club and there,s only one or two that are mid range. most others just get in there. the standard turbo only gets u so far ,no matter how you mod it.

I was down today and talking to Guy , he mentioned your car Brandonn and the power it made.. nice, he mentioned you need to upgrade your fuel pressure reg I think it was.. But also , When it comes to performance shops and tuning.. Melb is so far ahead of anywhere else its not funny! ive only recently moved up here from Melb.. and there is no decent place to get your car tuned at! ... Rajab Racing have a xr6T that's almost cracked 700rwkw, its still ongoing... one of my good mates is the mechanic there. I mentioned some of the power figures to Alan Rajab from rajab racing and he mentioned that alot of power figures are often heavily inflated and it all depends on the wheel speed and dyno set-up to gain just how accurate the readings are..

I have a car carrier truck that I use for my drag car.. so when its time to tune the xr6.. ill just take a drive down there I think!

To get to 350rwkw in a FG F6 you need to do cooler and exhaust and upgrade the air intake. that's about it. Stock turbo and injectors hit the max at around the 350 mark so I'd presume they are also stock.

No one here has mentioned Hi Torque on the Goldy. From all reports they know what they are doing as well as anyone else in the country. THISSO ute is one of the best built XR6t's in the country and they've got some more tough cars coming out.

In the end, if we dont support our local tuners, who ever that be, were not helping improve our local scene. The more work they do with our cars the better and more competitive they will become on a national level. Dont forget, flash tuning a Ford isnt really new technology. Most of the little tricks of 3 years ago is now common knowledge.
