Just pulled my front bar off ready for the install of the intercooler and piping tomorrow but seem to have a problem. The standard intercooler bolts on different to my after market one. The one I have bolts on from either the top or the bottom. Just wondering what brackets you guys have come up with? Where to buy them? I have a spare set of the factory existing brackets but don’t think they will be much help.

if you zoom in on this pic at the top of the cooler you can see my brackets.

there is also some flat brackets on the bottom going to 2 bolts under the radiator.

man your gunna have some fun trying to fit that cooler.

the outlet will be level with the LH headlight, not down the bottom like all the other coolers around.

good luck though, not saying its impossible though. post some pics up along the way.

Yeah it was a bit of a pain. The headlight just fits but. I'm just waiting on some brackets and parts for the BOV then I will be able to put it all back together.

by the looks of the brackets in BFPHOON 's photo you can make them yourself, simple flatbar 20mm can be pursuaded to look like that with ease
