hey all, ive had to take the t to a pannel beaters to get the back door fixed (as sum bastard ran a trollie into it)

its costing me $1200 tog et fixed (is that about right)

but the main point of this it to talk about loan cars that you have been given while your car is being fixed. ive been given a 84 blue bird that sounds like its about to die lol, the trans is compleatly rooted and it smokes more than me lol

so yeah what have u guys had????

I have had a

datto 180B - terrible brakes and had to top up water every day

a sigma wagon auto - was that bad I took it back and borrowed a friends car

mazda r100 with a 13b in it - that was fun but very expensive to fill up and that was even back in the early 90's

Oh just remembered LOL... I used to be spray painter back in the day and we

had a couple of loan cars...

One was a old sigma wagon and the other was a green XB Falcon.LOL.

The look on the customers face when handing them the keys and

showing the car to them was priceless..... :3gears:

I was lent a Barina for 2 days while the wifes TTG was getting a ding fixed.

It had been parked under a tree for 3 weeks and had 4 inches of bird droppings all over it.

After driving it to the servo and cleaning the windscreen, I realised it needed more than that.

It had so many mechanical porblems, I drove ti back and went and rented a car. I think the pannel beater was offended when I called it a S..t covered deathtrap.

A few years ago I took my new EL XR6 in for some warranty work. The dealer presented me with a rusted out, 70s Honda Civic auto. It had a flat battery and a flat tyre.

At the end of the day, he then tried to charge me $40.00 for the use of the car.
