somebody I know recently had some work done on there car from an un named insurance company , picked the car up friday only to notice a noise coming from one of the wheels gives the company a call and tells them and is informed that the work is all good but if worried to bring it back in for a look one day next week , ............................. anyway the owner thinking may as well check it out for him self discovers that all 3 wheels removed for repair didnt have any of the bolts done up and were only hand tight and the noise was the wheels moving around ? what would you ask for from the insurance as fair compensation .

im totally against the american way BUT id ask for free insurance for 2 years cuz he couldve had a major accident and sue their ass to the hills!

This is a difficult one. Maybe start by notifying the appropriate governing body as this stuff shouldn't happen.

Maybe ask for free insurance, dunno how you will go with that or maybe een contact A Current Affair as they always are looking for a good story.

maybe contact the motor trading authority, motor vehicle repair industry council and ask them, they will be the best place to start. Will give you all the advice you need and how to go about it.
