:spoton: haha

Lets get this straight... I dislike the LOOK of the F6 310 because I think they should have kept the high wing, changed the rim design, remove the eyes, and kept the 'Typhoon' name. Everything else in the FPV lineup looks fantastic, and so do the Fords (G6Et, XR6 etc.) so stick that in your pipe and smoke it ......, I mean 2MUCHKW... :stirthepot:

Bring on the review OVAR8D! :spoton:

Easy fixed :)

1. Replace the F6310 wing with the one of the FG GT

2. Stock rims are not wide enough anyways ;) get aftermarket

3. Paint the eyes.

4. If you really want to you can always put a typhoon badge on it hehehhe.

well if I got one that would be exactly what I was doing steps 1-3 that is.

Drove build no. 0013 which has obviously had 5500 very hard k's on it and cause the boss was about to leave in it for another dealer when I showed up (15 mins late :() I only got a very quick spin in it.

It I was surprised that it didnt feel as punchy down low as the G6E turbo I drove which could be due to the fact it pulls so much harder up top or cause the thing had had a hard life or cause of the smaller compressor wheel on the turbo in the G6E.

because of that it didnt really feel that much faster than the G even though u could tell it def. was by lookin at the speedo.

The thing sounds amazing though! loud pops on gear shifts and plenty of wastegate flutter when lifting off the throttle hard.

The seats when warn in a bit are much more supportive than I thought they would be when I sat in the new car although I would still prefer the one's in the GT-P as they have huge hard side bolsters.

Looks wise I wasnt that impressed but I still think it looks better than the BA/F's.

For this car to be perfect to me it would have to look exactly like a GT-E and have the seats from a GT-P but since it doesnt I think I'm just gonna go for a G6E for now and save the 15k

I don't think so. I'd say u would have to order them from spare parts but they would be pretty damn expensive.

The dealer just called with pricing on a white F6 with Premium brakes, leather, dark argent alloys, reversing camera and floor mats. $84000 on road!!! Not giving any discounts at all as the cars are hard to come by right now. 2 month wait on this one as it is. The prem. brakes r a $4500 option but as the car is over the lux. car tax threshold they really cost $5650 and in 3 days time they're gonna cost $6000!! stupid government

I'm just gonna have to go for a G6E, $61k drive away with the 19's

I couldn't hear any compressor surge in the manual I drove. I tried really hard too. If you watch my youtube vid you can't hear anything...

Met Rod Barrett last night in Hobart at the FG FPV Launch down here. Drove a green (hated the colour!) F6. I didn't hear the flutter either, until I backed off quickly before the revs got to around 4500 - then I heard it. If I backed off after 4,500 = nothing!?

Didn't seem to do it as much as my BA F6 does - maybe something to do with the bigger intercooler and better piping??

I was also surprised that it felt to have just as much lag as my current car - I had heard they would be less witht eh different compressor wheel.

Impressed by mid and top end power though - bottem end felt similar to mine, but above 3500-4000 rpm definitely felt stronger!

Manual gearbox was also better than my current T56 too - although if I buy one it will probably be the ZF.

Traction control definitely better than the BA - less intrusive, but I think that's also been the same since the BF.

GT-E they had in the showroom looked absolutely fantastic in Lightening Strike. The bobtail on the rear with the painted lower sectio n on the bumper looked absolutely brilliant.

If I buy another F6 it will get the mascara removed (racoon eyes) and a bobtail fitted instead of the poxy new F6 wing.

Stupid me didn't remember to try launch control either!!

Was it the same green one that I drove? Plates were F6310.

I was amazed at the power from 5k to redline. There's no pull in the BF after that range, but that thing kept right on going...

Someone try the launch control and let us know what it's like! :innocent:
