That'd be crazy and at a good price would make them a much better option to the people looking to tune them From what I've been lead to believe a software program change has to be made to allow an LSD to be fitted to the G6ET. The XR and G6ET have different programs.

The chrome actually looks good, and the grill makes the car less aggresive. A hell of a lot better than those ugly as f*ck FPVs!I can't wait to see a couple of these going around with some low springs and some nice big rims. Wow! It made 239rwkw at 10psi back to 8 psi up top.Seems these cars do need more boost to make the power considering their smaller compressor in comaprison with the BA-BFs. BA-PHOON Member 67 Member For: 19y 11m 6d Posted 26/06/08 12:02 PM Share Posted 26/06/08 12:02 PM I must say I am really tempted to buy one of these when the current lease runs out on my F6 in December. One issue I have is that I would love to be able to upgrade the brake package to the Brembo's!! Does anyone know if that would be possible without upsetting the DSC and ABS etc etc????As I see it these are a much better looking car, with performance that would at least match my current BA F6 (especially with the ZF option) - just wish it had decent brakes.Anyone?? Interior appearance a whole lot better than B-Series but I still have some reservations. The hard plastic dash material has been retained - cheapens the rest of what is a luxurious well finished interior. Also the controls are very "busy". Mercedes, Audi etc can do the same things with half the switches. On the road it didn't show any indication that it didn't have an LSD so therefore it obviously doesn't need one. I gave it heaps and didn't even feel the TC working so the tyres obviously have fantastic grip. It was a bit soft through corners as you would expect from a luxo car when asked to perform at the tyres/chassis limits. The worst feature was the auto - I guess the purchasers of this car won't be expecting instant response from the auto so it probably won't be an issue. For me the delay was totally unacceptable. The turbo response was better than the B-Series and the car felt more like a high performance NA motor - great. For $60k it represents fantastic value against many imported luxo cars. Guest Wingnut Guests Posted 05/07/08 11:18 PM Share Posted 05/07/08 11:18 PM IF I had to own and FG and that's a big IF I would get one of these. Think they are by far the best looking model on the road and go just as hard.

For me the delay was totally unacceptable. The "worst" feature? Compared to what? BA 6 speed auto? Merc Auto? Or are you comparing to a manual gearbox? Did you have it in performance or try manual mode?Sorry but the 6 speed auto (I have one in my Terri) is the best auto I've ever driven. If you want more control buy a manual - easy... :-)
