so is valve body work modification something good or it can wreck the transmission?

I think most times when the valve body is touched by a workshop, its only done to improve matters somwhere in most cases. Hard shifting usually does not seem to wreck the trans. It helps with the wear on the bands and cluches, but that's not to say it doesnt have an effect on other parts.

What power level are you aiming for?

like my one is a ford ba xr6 nonturbo but has some mods on it like

4.11 diff gears with lsd

3000 dominator hi stall

blue power air intake box set up

4490 extractors and metalcat and mendrel bent cat back

crow cams stage 2

underdrives

custom tune

like it has some mods, and I dnt wanna get smt wrecked every six months either. so how do u think about all these things?

by the way whats killing the box? rwkw or high rpm? like if u have a hi stall converter your transmission will work on higher rpm and would it that be the problem killing box, or with a nice tune and transmission cooler should be able to keep the transmission safe for my car...

a trans cooler will definately help, I'd look into one of those if you are dragging it often or giving it plenty of stick!
