Should be done by tomorrow or thursday. I've started a thread for it in the Fuel section if you want to follow the progress.$4800 is the average price. The system I am getting is limited to 450FWHP but if you pay another $900 for a new converter fully installed it will go to 750FWHPAs a guide, I currently have approx 255rwkw which is approx 300FWKW which is again approx 400FWHP.Oh and if power is what you want, then setup your car to have big power when on petrol and economy or average power when running on LPG. I dont want much more power than I already have but I can still tune the petrol to go higher or both if I pay for the additional converterPetrol is better for your engine as it has lubricants so I will need to run my car on petrol every now and again. As someone has stated, if you can, wait for Liquid Injected LPG as it overcomes pretty much every LPG shortcoming and has big power potential. I couldn't wait.T Edited 24/06/08 07:58 AM by Inducted_Breeze

Car runs out of puff around 240rwkw on the one set of injectors. JUST cuts over to petrol prior to reaching her 244 peak, but that is tuning to Autogas and I usually run her on propane. Mine isnt a perfect example as its a daily commuter and setup sweet and mild on 8psi. Im told the 'newer' injectors will flow more on the same setup, one day perhaps ktm whose system is your friend running and is he running dual convertors also?I've loved every visit to the pump in my last 25000kms, no regrets. But right now I would be inclined to see how the liquid pans out, and whether all the promise is delivered. With the rebate far as I know it was purely speculation. Produced a spike in LPG bookings, but equally far as I know its not going away at this time anyway. Edited 28/06/08 06:08 AM by PepeLePew

ktm07 Member 42 Member For: 17y 5m 12d Gender: Male Location: Melbourne Posted 28/06/08 01:46 PM Share Posted 28/06/08 01:46 PM ktm whose system is your friend running and is he running dual convertors also? Not to shore whos system he's running, however slight hesitation was caused by main gas line, it was a bit to small as his xr6 T has been edited. It has since been upgraded to a bigger gas line and as far as I know all is well. I've booked my T in for the gas conversion early August, I never really wanted to go down the path of gas (Only because of Red sticker on number plates....lol) but as the price of fuel keeps sky rocketing I have decided this will be the only cost efective way to have a high powered car with a low running cost.I will post up my results once conversion is complete
