Yep its shagged.

Might be an idea next to run a little more oil in the fuel and let it run for a while

I tossed my old Victa and Ryobi whipper Snapper out at the dump last w/end...you shoulda seen the flock of seagulls swarm in on it! was amazing (by seagulls i mean scabby people who have nothing better to do than go shopping at the dump...)

I have new victa that now refuses to start. I has one more chance before it goes to live on a farm like the old one.

Sh#t happens.

I bought my Honda powered Victa from Bunnings 8 years ago and the first time I started it it made horrible grinding/scraping noises.

I returned it immediately and grabbed another one. No problems ever since.

I bought a wippersnipper with a Honda motor, but not honda brand. Runs well starts first go.

The lawn mower is a Victa with a Briggs and Stratton motor, I run it on 98RON and nulon synthetic oil. The thing runs well, starts first go and powers through the lawn.

It is 5 years old, but still looks new. If you maintain them, you should get a good life out of them.

I pressure wash it every 6 months to remove the inground grime, but also hose it off after each use underneath to remove the wet grass.

I also keep the blades nice and sharp and have only replaced them recently due to wear.

They normally have stickers accross the motor saying that you have to add oil

he had a blew with them said they never told him to put oil in it had no sticker on it either, I said they dont give you fuel why would they give you oil, they came to party with a new one for $150
