Let it run for a min or so and then turned it off. This morning I go to crank it and nearlly broke my fukin arm. The Cord pulls 4 inches and Stops Like its hitting a metal stopper. Its 2 stroke - I pulled the spark plug out and tried to pull but same issue...4 inches and it stops HARD.Turned it over and the blades can be moved anti and clockwise almost a full turn and then it stops same issue.PLEASE HELP!!
