Hey guys,

I just had my F6 Tornado delivered and can't wait to get home to see it!

my brother in law (SPUDMUFFIN) has gone and seen it at my place and check it ot before I fly home n he picked up that the FPV boost gauge doesn't move, I said to hold it at 3500rpm and see if it moves but aparently it still doesn't.

(He can't drive it on street cos it hasn't got WA rego yet)

Does this mean I will be fixing the gauges already with autometer ones or is this normal?

cheers

Kevo

I believe You will not see boost in neutral or with the clutch in as the car just dumps it.

Normally you should start seeing boost at about 2500.

The boost gauge is pretty craphouse. Get a mechanical one and it'll tell you the exact boost. I found the stock one takes ages to read anything!

I find with mine it doesnt get boost unless my foot is flat on the gas pedal. I`m told this is how the factory tune works.

So if I drive along holding the revs at 4000 say it doesnt get full boost unless I flatten the pedal.
