Its actually pretty easy mate, just alot of screws.

You will have to take the grill out and the trim piece that runs across the top of that, scrivets on either end.

There are more scrivets in the wheel arches on the side, you will need to turn the wheels to get screwdriver access to these.

Then there are some screws underneath. You can take the splash tray off with the bar if you take the screw out from the middle underneath towards the back of the splash tray, then there are two on either side of the tray just in front of the tyres. If you put your car on jack stands it will be alot easier!

Once all the screws are out you have to pop off the bar where it clips in under the quarter panel, a good tug will get this off

Just remember to unplug the fog lamps before you pull the bar away otherwise you could do some damage.

I think that is it, but someone will make me look stupid if I forgot something

Bwahahahaha. I was going to offer something along the lines of "hook a rope to your bar, with the other end to a tree and reverse the f*cker hardcore" but you trumped me. Very good.

scrivets never last with me... usually after taking a bar off the gurad liners come out and the under engine tray comes out and generally stay out untill time to sell the car..

Mine now is held in by the push clips on the guards and the two 10mm's on the top of the radiator support, much easier and stress free and it doesnt go anywhere (well it hasnt yet anyway)
