Bad Customer Service

hmm, I've had bad service from a customer if that counts lol.

I work in electrical sales, had 2 ladies try return 2 sets of 1 month old cordless phones because they were 'faulty' (which they werent, I tested both, they couldnt even come up with a description of what the fault was.) fully destroyed packaging aswell. Obviously I can't refund them.. even if I took them back there was nothing I could do with them as the manufacturers wouldnt take back working goods.

long story short, got called a wa*ker, bastard, yadda yadda from these heffers. ended up walking away from them as I didnt want to go to jail.

I worked 3 years at Harvey Norman (1 year as a store manager) I <3 Bananas ive got some stories....

I could make Gerry my bitch but prob get myself in the sh*t at the same time....A current affair anyone?..lol

Don't mean to dig up an old thread but I thought it was relevant.

Went in to SuperCrap the other day to get a few things for the DIY BOV mod.

While I was there, I asked the clown behind the counter if he could hook me up with a "K&N PANEL FILTER FOR A BA XR6T".

He pissfarted around on the computer for a while, scratching his head. Then walked up and down the filter isle for another 5 minutes then said he could help me out with a POD filter (some no name brand) saying it was pretty much the same thing although he only ever runs K&N gear in his fully sick R32 Godzilla .

Anyway, I'm about to walk out when he turns to me and says "mate, I'd just go down to Autobahn, I go there for all my bits and pieces. The stuff we have here is sh*t".

No paraphrasing, that's exactly what he said.

So I went to Autobahn and the helpful guy down there had me hooked up with a K&N filter for $78 and the little rubber stoppers that SuperCrap reckon they didn't have. All in less than 5 minutes and with a cheerful smile.

I went into rocket industries for work a few weeks ago. NEVER AGAIN!!! My problems as follows.

1 Only had 2 people serving the desk while there were about 10 people waiting yet 20 odd people on the phones, not all were ON the phone!

2 While a bloke beside me was being served the idiot behind the counter decided it was his lunch time and up and left. HALF WASY THROUGH TAKING THIS BLOKES ORDER! There were still people to be served, including myself.

3 still waiting to be served another desk idiot asked if anyone else needed serving but was already out the side door before anyone had a chance to answer.

4 After finally ordering my parts they ring through to someone else, who eventually got all my bits together and then just walked in the side door and plonked them on the floor, no mention of whos parts they were or anything.

5 As mentioned above, no-one seemed interested in actually helping. When I asked a bloke if the T56's they had in the catalogue were available with a bell housing to suit the XR6T he shrugged and said "quote" who cares "quote"

I had to go through all that for 4 bits of silicone turbo hose and 10 clamps. Won't ever get my business again

I have to say this is how rocket works. I think that's why they have those seats in the waiting area.

when I was there a well known tuner turned up and was ushered out the side door for personal service.
