first you need to assess the damage to the compressor cover, if its fine then you only need a new chra, I can get you a price tomorrow if you like

You need to remove the turbo for starters, then have a look at shaft play and if the compressor wheel has been cutting into the compressor cover.

If it has the compressor cover will have to be checked out professionally, if not the cover is fine and you just need a new chra.

In short you can replace the whole thing but you can save money by using the bits that are still in good condition.

anybody heard of GCG turbos? 66mm compressor wheel, larger polished compressor cover (0.70a/r) with direct fitment inlet and outlet sizes, upgraded adjustable actuator, ported wastegate and larger diametre wastegate flapper, full repair upon upgrade. does it sound about right for $1850 or am I gettn ripped??
