ok, found something interesting : http://www.999automotive.com.au/products/s..._01-10-2008.pdf

the Superpro BF/FG Kit is showing as a "Competition" part.......wonder if this has something to do with NVH testing (ie. its not great for a street car).

Must vibrate a little then lol... I tried a solid alloy one, which gave the car a nice fuzzy/buzzy feeling, so its got a pedders bush in it now... until it breaks again.

One thing did happen while the solid one was in, the rubber coupling joint on the tail shaft turned almost inside out... the car had some major vibrations that day lol

Nah only the pedders bush (and the solid one) so I cant comment.

I heard stories of other brand bushes breaking, dunno what ones though.

If your not pushing huge power the pedders one should be ok... but who knows at this stage

make sure they stick a stronger bolt in there while there at it, I actually sheared the bolt on mine, the bush still looked intact...

high tensile bolt sounds like it might be worthwhile.....anyone know what the specs are / where I could pick one up?

Mate the pedders one comes with a high tensile bolt, so maybe they might sell it to you on its own.

Mine snapped in half so the diff had to come out, and the broken off bolt drilled out.
