Budget is not a concern for this thread, so you can suggest what you will. Keep in mind that max power will not be required because there is only so much that can be used. Imagine the car has a Tein with EDFC shock adjustment and some good tyres and lets say 265 rear footprint. Leave the std turbo on. Get an etm external 44mm wastegate, bigger compressor wheel, 12lb actuator and maybe extrude honed. That billsta dude also had a modified front cover. You wont have any lag.
