Ok had a topic before about my newly orded exhaust, ment to be going on thuesday. Ok, so I got a call today while I was working away doing my thing and the bloke says... "Hey bud, none of my suppliers have 3.5" dumps with seperate wast gate pipes"

So I have till friday to decide what to do with my zorst. Once exhaust is on im gettting injectors, fuel pump, valve springs and a custom tune done with stock cooler but with CAI. Not sure what kw's to expect but I want a dump pipe that will cope with the tune ok. As far as I know im going to experiance turbulance with a 3.5" with no waist gate pipe. What to do?

Want some adive. Should I got for a 3" with seperate waste gate pipe, single 3.5", should I mod the 3.5" is a 4" to big for small power.

The stock dump is good for 300+rwkw's.. You really only need to change the cat.. Your stock cooler will limit you power before your dump..

I'd leave the stock dump, get a bigger cat and maybe a cat back system...

I guess my guy does not use them then as a supplier.

Do you have there details?

I have noticed that alot of guys on here are using them, didnt pay enough attention t see that they had 3.5" spit dumps, but that would make it safe to say that they arent to bad then? Being so popular?

Im from adelaide, ill talk to my guy. I would prefer to have him do all the organising, I bring the money he does everything else. Ill mention to him about X-Force, hopefully something works out.

While im here though, do you know if X-Force have a muffler that has 2 tips and fits on both sides of the xr6. My guy had one there but it was slighty to wide and would not be about to mount straight. So I have settled with resi's.

upgrade to a better cooler and just worry about replacing your standard cat with a high flow aftermarket one.

very good advise.

:( I guess high flow cat only then. It has a cat back system already, 2x 2.5" from the center muffler which is hi flow. No rear muffler. Way to loud for me, rekon she might be defectable.

Any way, not getting exhaust done with me guy, didnt want to help, said he only fit 3" split dump or 3.5" single dump. Gave up. Spend me hard earned money on some engine goodies and go the full zorst when needed.

Thank you every one for your help, great advice.
