that's an awesome time for a stock car. That must be close to if not the quickest time for a stock T??

Thanks from what I have been told it is very close to the best time. But no records are kept as far as I know, so who's to say? Still I would like to know, if someone does know.

That doesn't matter much to me anyway as long as its quick and has plenty of potential.

Awesome time mate. I was at Calder with Ryan, but I honestly can't say I saw your car. Strange, as the colour stands out like crazy. That being said, you probably didn't see me and I drive a TT. :gaypost:

Anyway mate, grats on the time. That's gotta be up there with the quickest stockers. A bloke at work has a stock XR that feels awfully quick, but it wouldn't be anywhere near a 13.6. Looks like you've got a gem!

Would love to say g'day at the next cruise or Calder night.

Cheers

Cheers Jon,

We were in different parts of the queue, but I remember my mate saying, "Sh!t ! A Terry just ran a 13", I said " Argh, that would be a TT", there are some people that are really making those move real quick, like 11's I think. That must be fun on the street dishing it out to un-suspecting Commodores and Ricers.

Yeah, come and say hello, you will see me around the place. What cruises do you guys go on?

I test drove an Octane one and it was lacklustre, soon as I drove this one I knew it was quick.

I'm yet to hit up any cruises, as I've only had the TT for about 2 months. I'll be trying to hit the next one, which is going to be mid-late june. Only a few weeks away.

The Terry is a fun car, as I love a sleeper. I managed a 13.595 at 165km/h, so it's quick enough to stir up most stock cars out there. There are a couple of 11 second TT's out there. Nizpro has one and I think CV Performance. I'll be chatting with my tuner to see if he thinks we can get a good improvement out of adding some new injectors to the mix, but after that, I think I'll be letting it sit. It is, after all, my Mrs car that I hi-jacked.

Hi mate great time for a stock xr6 turbo,Would be good to see the power output on a dyno,Compaired to a stock f6.I dont think there would be much in it.GREAT CAR.

Thanks mate, I think it is a good time for a stock XR6T and I would love to agree with you about the F6, but I know that they run low 13's bog stock, the best being a 12.7 or 12.8.

I will get it dyno'd when I get the custom tune, I feel it will pull a good number but nothing like a stock F6 would. Anyway that's what mods are for isn't it? The BF MKII has F6 internals so it's a great platform for mods.

Slap her up on the dyno... that is a very quick time for a stocker... did you buy the car new? maybe someone slipped in the generic tune before you picked her up...

A dyno will confirm the stock output... 185-190ish rwkw..

Great time Doogstar, it's crazy what the ZF XR6Ts are pulling.

People thinking it's a freak should get out more, theres been a few stock ZF XR6Ts pulling around the 13.7 mark that I've seen, 13.6 on a well prepped Calder track is easy to believe!

Good stuff :stirthepot:
