The F-35 is also an amazing aircraft however if the RAAF puts an order in, it will be for the conventional takeoff/landing (So I was told) not the SVTOL type.But then again we are getting the new amphibious landing class ships for the navy ... will the F-35 SVTOL varient make a role in the future?Can the F-35 drycruise at supersonic speeds without afterburner? LOLI assure you its not.
