ASNU Member 261 Member For: 21y 11m 13d Location: Brooklyn Posted 15/07/03 11:25 AM Share Posted 15/07/03 11:25 AM Mal.When they did my ute they said they dialed in 8 psi at 3000rpm and achieved the power I so desired,Stage one.My ute was not getting the same power out of it compared to sedans which was exhaust related,About 5kw.All the cars they seem to have done so far seem to either need more or less boost to achieve the same figure but only marginal corrections.Another ute was done the next day and required 9psi for exactly the same result.With the unichip in I am getting better fuel economy and heaps better driveability with the automatic shifting etc.I must add to that remember the feeling that you had when first picking your T and saying to yourself F--k this thing goes and then you get used to it over time,I just got the feeling back. I've been to their website, and am familiar with what they are doing, except that they don't actually say how much they are boosting the Turbo to. I was the other ute :lol: mine had only done a few kays and needed a little more boost on the day ... running stage one plus a little now the stage II car runs from about 9psi through to 11psi and offered 271.4rwkw last Saturday B) ANSU ... the ute sedan thing is a bit of a mystery, I think the computer or an exhaust component has been introduced to make up for no traction control (Expensive Daewoo did a similar thing)was it your ute with the driveline vibration? mine is sweet .... so far (fingers crossed ) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
