I'm thinking of doing regular meetups every fortnight at set locations, one day and one night, that way we have a regular sit down eat/chat to look forward to. If anyone doesn't want to do a full drive they can still socialise.

Planning cruises takes a lot of time and effort so this would lighten the load on me a bit too.

If anyone is keen on stepping up as an additional cruise controller it would be appreciated! Or even just throw the odd map together, it's not restricted or a special skill, you just need to know a couple of roads/meetpoints that would be suitable and chain them together :)

Cruise on the 22nd to start it off sounds good, what time do you think you will be done at MT tobylee?

I'm not too sure Steve. Early arvo I would guess. But can easily kill time until others are ready.
I'll see what I can do about some maps. I've got a bit of an idea... (I'm presuming repetitive bog laps thru freo is out of the question?) ;)

Only acceptable if you have massive dose pipe and at least a couple of 12" subs in the boot.

Hats backwards recommended but not compulsory.

If the 22nd is the start date for a fortnightly event then I'll be away for all of them :-(

But doesn't that all depend what FIFO workers schedule differs from each others on what week they are free. If you make it every 2 weeks it's bound to fall into more times that people are free than if it were done every 3 weeks?

I reckon it should be run ever 3rd, then every 2nd, then every 3rd, then every 2nd week sorta thing. That would cover every rostergoing on right now, NO?
