ebturbo6 Member 80 Member For: 21y 8m 25d Gender: Male Location: melboure Posted 28/05/08 05:20 AM Share Posted 28/05/08 05:20 AM hey guys was wondering if I could get some help on whats going on with my car as it has gone out of tune since I had it done before xmas...ill just put down what mods ive done and power figurestyphoon coolercai/2nd cai968 injectorsdump back stainless 3.5''15psi actuatorfuel pumpvalve springsedit (capa) and its a 6speed manafter I had it tuned to 323rwkw so I was told car went and felt extremely strong,over time ive notice it change in character,the main thing its doing now is pinging up top when it comes on boost,ive had the car dynoed at a mates workshop who doesnt tune capa edits and the afrs were through the roof,11.5/11.7/12.5 was midrang then back up to 11's up top,so if its running rich why would it ping?I have askd the tuner and he said the timing might have changed but im not willing to give it back to him to do more work.any ideas or suggestions would be great before I just go handing it to another tuner Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/46012-car-out-of-tune/ Share on other sites More sharing options...
