Anyone else have/had this ??I've had my bat ute looked at because of banging/rattling noises from right frontand right rear also. They reckon the exhaust plays a part and also apparently the brake caliper needs regreasing but they recommended I get that done when my pads are due.The rattle is a tad annoying but in my case the car checked out fine. My main concern was that I'd be doing damage to it while driving.
utemad Member 120 Member For: 16y 5m 4d Posted 29/05/08 08:43 AM Share Posted 29/05/08 08:43 AM I can relate to the same noise, and have fkn idea what it is. I have had the spare both and and out, and the cable was/is def tight and nothing is moving there. Same as yours also, it only knocks on bumps, acceleration doesn't change it or have anything to do with it. Taken it back to ford twice, along with my dash rattle and something around the passenger rear speaker... All items still do it. And I'm not taking it back there again, caught them thrashing the fark out of it last time, they used 100k's of juice in 10k's! I reset the fuel consumption meter and it was on like 47L/100, and told them one of my mates had seen them thrashing it, the manager rang back to say the foreman was the one driving it and yes he admitted to and had no reason why.... Fcukers, wont see another cent of my money ever again, including on a new FG F6.6BOOSTNot in sydney are you??? I had mine ransacked in the ford dealer that resides in the city... I was told its not possible for this to happen by the dealership .. My reply was "I have photo's the morons used my camera to take photo's of themselves" his reply was if you have them I want them.. To which I swapped them for all of my warranty work they wouldn't agree to and additional leverage when I snapped the clutch pedal off just out of warranty... Got to love an honest dealership .. If you could find onecheers utemad

Turned out to be a severed human head rolling around in the tray. You might want to check that out?
