A phase 3 is gonna go well over 300rwkw, I would recommend a bigger dump

I decided to go with a x force 4" dump pipe, 3 1/2" cat & 2 x 2 1/2 y pipes. I got sick of stuffing around. I would of wondered what if, if I hadn't of done it. no point going half ar@#ed already spending a few G's on aps phase 3 & upgrade from 42 to 60lb injectors. love it!!!

iv got the 5 inch one on my standard dump and it seems to work as expected, overboost :buttrock:

I was also impressed with there production plant and the guy working there chev has the exact car as mine bf xr6t in fantasy.

ive actually got, sorry had a 3" hurricane cat on my t & I had a look before it was welded into my standard system & it looked exactley how it should, nice s/s wider honeycomb than than factory one. got me to 320rwkw no worries & was contimplating keeping it with what im getting done but it was alot less stuffing around to get a new system then put abigger dump pipe in & stuff around with modifing the y pipes. 5" abit major perhaps but if that's what you've done so be it. have you had it tuned since you've had it installed & what else have you had done?

havnt yet had it tuned, iv put a new intercooler kit and this cat with centre muffler removed w/gate mod.

im getting a surge tank and twin 044`s from cv performance then they will retune.

im using a boost controler to keep under 12 psi untill I get a retune.

as for other mods.

deka injectors full plazmaman 800 kit with hot side pipe and airfilter in the inner guard. mal wood opt 3 full kit with braded lines and alloy csc and lightend flywheel.

5 icnh hurri cat on the stock system with centre muffler removed, soon to add surge tank and pumps valve springs and an atomic bottom end.

nice & serious, love it. well at least you know why its over boosting. between the I/c & cat that's enough to do it. have you looked at you exhaust except for the cat. dump pipe may not be a bad idea if your going to be putting that much hp through, might keep bosst levels to a dull roar. just an idea if you han't already. that was the theory behind my path.

when the new donk goes in I will be probly fitting that etm manifold and 5 inch dump with external waste gate.

I will start playing with exhausts after that.

the manifold will be mainly for looks.
