Long story short. Landlords had a fence put up 1yr ago, but was a sh*t job and was huge gaps under the fence. Decided to pull it down again and get a brick retaining wall built then put the fence on top of that.

I was suprised on the 1st day that the guy had brought a bobcat with him... On the final day I came home from work, to find that he had friggin trashed the yard with his bloody bobcat...

He used it to pick up the rubbish left over things like blocks, an orange tree, and bits of reo bar.... He reckons he will be back to level the yard out.... But fark me, now ill have a yard full of dirt for the next 6 months.... (nothing grows in winter) so I look forward to the dog being muddy forever.... Its still raining up here so its just going to be a slop hole...

Everywhere the bobcat has been its depressed the yard, so even when grass grows back, mowing it will be like 4WD'ing.... FAAAARK.

I think ill have to look at getting some turf layed. Just sux now, we fix one problem with the fence, to have another problem with the state of the yard.
