The poor bitch rarely gets time to cool down - lots of stopping and starting. Is that OK tard?

Also have a theory that the auto headlights are interfering as well :hohum:

no that's not ok spaz, doesn't it sit around all day when you are at work?

the auto headlights tend to drain our cars in the yard, so it could have something to do with it, but I leave mine on auto too, hmmmm....

Always picking crap up from around the place during the day....any excuse to get out on the 1/4 mile strip they call the riverside expressway.

Any other questions officer?

I just replaced the battery in my BAii....

Got about 3.75 years out of it, it was amazing how much better the car starts with the new one :stupid:

Just replaced mine after 3 years and a couple of months....have noticed that the car is idling a bit rougher since I changed over batteries...anyone have an idea why that would be the case?

Sounds like it may have lost the adaptive tuning adjustments in the Keep Alive Memory (KAM) of the PCM. These are lost when the car loses 12v power supply such as changing a battery. It should get better by operation ie: re-learn the adapted values and restore these to the KAM.
