I have an F6 Ba with the standard brakes, FPV blue calipers (too small) and I wanna upgrade the rotors and calipers. I was wondering if I could go cheap and buy new front ones only and put the original FPV fronts on the rear and get rid off the rear ones

cheers

yes you can replace the fronts very easily (I recommend AP Racing CP5400) I have them on my T, along with 2 peice rotors, did some 100kph Brake testing at an advanced drive day, braking from 100kph to a stop.

Compared to a newish GT that was there with 4 piston brembos my car pulled up in a marginally shorter distance (could also be due to the better tyres I have)

He had the Brembo 4 piston fronts with the PBR rears. My rear brakes are standard.

Along with a sprint meeting a few weeks ago, continual punishment from high speed, no fade whatsoever.

I dont think you can transfer the front calipers to the rear of the car, even with brackets / adaptors etc. also consider the ECU systems... ABS / traction systems etc being calibrated for the slide caliper setup that's fitted standard.
