HI, Im new to this forum. I have a 04 M2 XR6T,(owned it for 2 weeks and

loving it) it a 4 speed auto. My question is: When driving doing about 80 to

90kmph, 4th gear, then I select the the gear stick to the left for sequential

changing, it changes to 3rd gear! Then when I put back to "D" it changes to

back to 4th???

On the dash it still say its in "D" untill I move the leaver up or down.

Is this normal or should I get this checked out?

Or could someone point me to the right post.

Thanks

That's by design - will hold third up to 120km/h (or is it 150?) before changing into fourth.

....and :bangcomputer:

yeah TAB's on the money in performance mod it will stay in 3rd untile 150kmh, it will only go to 4th in normal drive or unless you shift it your self in trip mod
