Phew,

Thought the lads had gone soft... my faith is restored... now when is the next local cruise? My car's been stuck in the garage for the last few weekends itching to get out (avoid gravity hills like the plague) and punish high speed corners. Daily commutes to the train station just isn't cutting it. I've got a full tank of fuel and the shaker's finally been plumbed-in, so just point me in a direction.

:jump:

Just finished sussing out the VIC Alpine Cruise. Planning to run it Sat 24 - Sun 25 Mar next year 2012. It's good. Really great roads and mind blowing views. Just ask some the fellas and gals that went earlier this year

Will start Wallan then up Hume to Glenrowan them Bright. The BP at Bright had 98 RON now - they just converted their pumps 2 months ago. Well still go straight to Falls Creek them Omeo. This time we'll leave a bit earlier so we can take in Wallace's historical bushman's hut circa 1880s - walk inside real Aussie history :spoton: After a nice pub meal in Omeo - next day it's off tot Hotham and full on mountain views. Once we get back to Bright - it's a side trip up to Mt Buffulo them home via Hume. Who's interested? :beerchug:

That sounds like good fun!

New member here on the forum and excited to get involved.

First car I've owned that I've taken a serious interest in (BF XR6T)

Are there any other events going on that are a one day affair?

Mate, we will probably do a Christmas day trip cruise sometime in Dec. Am waiting for ideas. I wouldn't mind doing the Archeron Way cruise as the Chrissie one :beerchug:

Would you be willing to welcome a Victorian at heart? I only moved to Sydney in late 2010. :)

I'll be in town between the 24th Dec and 1st Jan...love to catch up with some fellow XR6T enthusiasts...
