Yeah HANRA they gave me a neg driving fiine $318 and 3 points, I'm not worried about the money but the points suck because of the three year rule.

Geez ya done a good job of it! Did you have agreed value with shannons? What were they like to deal with making the claim? Im with them also.

Yeah sux ay, 3yrs is crazy.... I lost 7 points in one week on 2 seperate occasions and 1 point a couple months prior... I think I gotta wait till next year till I get them back.. Been nana style on 4 points....

The amazing thing is due to the height of the bus the following is the only damage that matters to me. The intercooler has a 1cmx 2.5cm hole in the end tank, the air filter is crushed and the power steering pump pulley is cracked in half and the radiator is shaped like a bannana apart from that all the wires are fine all the intercooler plumbing is fine, all the aircon pipes are fine etc etc. Even the gearbox oil cooler you see hanging from the front plastic reo is perfect just no where to hold it up anymore.

Yeah I had agreed value but as I'd just spent $3.5k fixing it I hadn't changed the agreed value to suit so it hurt a little more than it should have. They've been great to deal with both with my experiance and also what all the towies etc. that I've had to deal with have been saying. They even did a full investigation on the claim that was why it took so long to get it back. From my experiance with them I'd give them two thumbs up in their manner of dealing with it. The only problem I kept having was that they kept forgetting that I wanted a wreck retention so I ended up having to pick the ute up from the other side of sydney from the pickles auction yard, but I got it back in the end and that is all that matters.
