If its the black plastic elbow that's broken,pull it off the pcv valve and put the hose straight onto the pcv valve. If that's off I would think you would lose a bit of boost pressure as the inlet manifold will be bleeding off under boost.

Dont mean to argue but the pcv has manifold vaccuum at idle just like the blow off valve hose,so under boost it will blow air out that hose if its not on. It is the rubber hose that goes from the pcv valve fitting to the fitting at the centre of the inlet manifold under the throttle body.

The hose off the fitting in the above pic goes to the intake manifold.

The other PCV that has a filter on it in the above pic is normally connected to the intake before the turbo.

If you block one of these you'll find that it will vent up the dipstick tube.
