Mine is a BA MK2 and it was 355mm front and 360mm rear stock. I have now lowered it using Quadrant springs and Bilsteins and the ride heights are, 330mm front and 340mm rear. Most of the Teins I have seen come out of my local suspension shop, havebeen set up at 335 to 340mm front and 330 to 335mm rear and all handle very very well..BeforeAfter Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Lowered to a perfect height now (level with the front) and they give the ass end a little more stuffness.
