In all of my cars I have fitted xenon blue bulbs. They perform much better than standard halogen bulbs.

What do you guys think of the headlight performance and has anyone installed xenon blues yet?

cheers

Dallas

EDGE might get his car today if he praysa to the gods at Ford hard enough.........

I think the headlights in the car are fine.. how much are xenon blue lights? And are they worth it?

The Xenon blue bulbs are about $35 per set of two. They are H4. I had em on my WRX and I have xenons in my 5 series and my pajero as well.

They are really very good. The light is really white and more intense. I will probably change mine when I get the car.

Cheers

Dallas

I've put the blue globes in my headlights, high beams and park lights, bought ones for the fog lamps but havn't installed them yet.

They look and work great but are a real pain to install with the engine bay being so cramped. I had to pull out the battery and take the cover off the air box to get enough room to work.

Picked mine up at my local Autobarn...

Regards,

Ben.

The top ones are H3, for the Fog lamps...

Bottom left are H4, for the headlights, also come with blue globes for the park lights...

Bottom right are H7, for the high beams...

I may be wrong but the way the salesperson explained to me they are a 100w equivalent but still 55w. You can see 55w still printed on the packaging...

At any rate, I had them on my previous car, a AUII Ute for two years and never had a problem.

Regards,

Ben.
