Im pretty sure all of them had the same internals, and pretty much the whole eng. But I remember the clutches in the manuals were different. Hold on though. Oh and the body kits were all diff. Maybe the computers 2 ? Edited 08/05/08 09:06 AM by mic-

The engine has been the same between the models. The clutch issue was in the first few BA's, the cars were recalled and the clutch changed. (Was referred to as the RSpec "Pack" by dealers).. heheh the badge!BA's and BFI all had PBR brakes with solid discs (I believe) - BFII had slotted and drilled Brembos (or that could be only on the RSpec cant remember)...Tornado - is the UteTyphoon - is the Sedan...Rspec is limited to 300 only (in all combined offered colours)...BFII has the sweetest looking front bar out of all Fords ever so far!!! BA-PHOON Member 67 Member For: 20y 1m Posted 08/05/08 11:40 AM Share Posted 08/05/08 11:40 AM ....I'm pretty sure there were changes to the engine and other 'hang on' bits as well. The exhaust on the BF is definitely different to the BA, I think the BF has two 02 sensors in the exhaust, and I think the camshafts were a different profile as well. A lot of this was to do with EURO3 (or was it EURO4?) emmission compliance. There are already other threads oin the subject - check there too. BA-PHOON Member 67 Member For: 20y 1m Posted 08/05/08 01:24 PM Share Posted 08/05/08 01:24 PM Don't think so - but there was a change to the wheel offsets. BA had diferent offset front and rear. BF doesn't. Interestingly the BF has a narrower rear track as a result! 14mm narrower from memory, and I have also checked this by measurement.
