Well i know im one of the culprits, and am thinking about modifying the XR6 Turbo with a few different things when they become readily available. Im wondering what other people's views are on whether you think 240KW is more then enough or you want more from the turbo?

Interested to know

Hell, I think the 182kW in the NA XR6 is enough, but then I'm all about style over speed. And the XR6 has enough of both for me! :)

If it wasn't a company lease, I'd have gone N/A 'cause it's a nice ride.

The 240kw of the turbo will, I'm sure be quite enough for me. :D

Gents:

If 240KW was enough, why would we need XR8, GT, GT-P GT-HO.........You will soon get used to it. There were times when my WRX felt gutless....

I have been lucky enough to be involved with rallying. The more power you have trhe better you could balance the car.

I spent an hour the other day in a M3 SMG... Its got 252KW. It was fantastic. we went up a really steep hill in Sydeny's north and it felt like ot needed more.....On the other hand it stops better than any car I have been in except WRC cars I have been in.

Bring on 300.......

regards

Dallas

There's no argument that it's not enuff for everybody. Just that it's enough for some of us....

l think its enough for me also, well for the time being ;)

Probably only keep the car for 3 years so l wont get too carried away, l would rather keep the car standard, no warranty or insurance hassles and a l am hoping a strong resale value as a result. The only mod l may consider is the exhaust.

In three years time l reckon l should be able to buy a 300kw turbo 6 running a 6 speed manual from FPV. Until then, l am more than satisfied with my car.
