Definitely a better option.

The feel of the steering is so much better with the sports wheel. I found that the BF F6 standard wheel was not grippy, too smooth, and did not like it.

I rang City Ford; they quoted around $1800.

I bought a brand new one with the fpv logo for $700 3 months ago from a company in Vic.

I tried ebay at the time, but couldn't source one.

Our cost on these is around $1300, FPV don't put the badge on anymore, another cost cutting exercise

Agree with the other guys, much much better than the standard ones, especially if you have big hands!

WOW, I didn't realise you could pick these up for that cheap!! I honestly never considered it due to the fact I thought that they costs as y'all have said, $1300-$1800

I say go for it mate, seems to be no bad feedback on the wheels!

Yeah, they are much better. They are aslo better without the badge, because the badges fall out when the glue ages and gets hard. 333 AND 013 BOTH NEEDED badge warranty.

Cars are much better to drive with this wheel fitted

Thanks for the advice guys, think ill buy it, sounds like a very nice steering wheel and a decent upgrade over the standard leather wrapped XR one.

Ohh and BAman, $450? bastard! lool.. the guy selling it to me wanted $600 originallly, will actually cost me $550 but its a brand new one, never used before and ill treat it like its made of glass lol ...

ahh welll as long as it lasts and doesnt fall apart quickly or anything then its worth it... :)

the synthetic coating on the perforated leather parts is prone to wearing off, mine has on a couple of spots.

How long have you had it for?

I got mine 9 months ago, the prices go up and down.

I was lucky I missed out on one before on an auction, this one was at 'buy it now' price.
