I know you simply can't remove the good ol trusty blue oval as it will look horrible.. so I'm wondering if there are any companies out there that make mesh replacements for the front grill MINUS the ford badge?I want the mesh to be black (if not satin finish I can respray myself) ..... but also I don't want the nasty looking ricer mesh so im guessing a high quality small weave or large diamond mesh would be better I guess.anybody know where I can start to look? does meshman do anything like this.. from ebay I couldnt' see anything that matched this description.. thanksmark. You could try and find the mesh from a Typhoon at a wreckers - but they would probably charge you a fortune

I'll try and find that thread.Yeah I thought about that but I wasn't sure if the opening was the same size on the xr6 BA and the typhoon grille area.. if so that is a possibility even if its a bit tranny like.otherwise yeah I might just give meshman a yell and see if he can do me a one off job.. id think it would probably be easier than having to add the badge anyways.ta
