279hp for a stock standard ba t ? Mate that's good ! If the idle is that annoying why dont you get a nizpro stage 5 kit. Exhaust, manifold, turbo, fuel sys, cooler, rebuild etc etc. That'll fix it ! lol, mine does it a bit 2 hey. And I think that everyone should note that these cars are newer model, higher tech performance cars. Although they have been out for years there is still margin for error. It takes a long time to get everything to work perfectly together and still then you can always find something to grizzle about.

What type of injectors are the guys running that are having idle problems?

I heard that there might have been a bad batch of Siemens injectors released (perhaps these were poor quality copies) and a few of the shops around australia had experienced similar problems? Can anyone confirm this?

Other reasons for idle problem, Idle speed motor/controller, vaccum air leak, bad fuel pressure (replace filter), bad fuel, rubbish in the tank ...

I have 60s. I know they are harder to tune. After the custom tune the idle thing was gone though...

My injectors are fine. On the generic tune the idle fluctuated a bit, mainly when in neutral and rolling to a stop. But on the std inj.
