Hi all

A lot of new people here will not know me & Bev, I had a lot of great times with a lot of members of the forum. (they know who they are)

Unfortunately I sold the T (Christine) to a young lady in Sydney recently as I now have a company car (Late model camira wagon). It,s not a bad car if you like family trucksters, no it,s bloody awful.

So I,m in the process of purchasing a new turbo vehicle (not a Ford, unfortunately)

It,s light and bloody fast (not a Subaru)

I would just like to say that it has been a great pleasure over the years to be a part of this forum and to meet such a great bunch of people especially the Canberra crew .(including Cro)

So I would like to remain part of the forum (as a Ford T lover) and join a cruise with you guys if you let met. (I promise to not drive to fast for you)

All the best

Gary

Gary, I am a closet MX-5 boy.....have had 3 of them including a 12 second turbo set up for road/circuit. Fantastic cars,

I hate soft tops though, so my last toy (pictured) just ran a hard top, had big dollars spent on suspension, brakes and driveline

(NA engine but wild cams) ....soft top removed. They are excellent cars for circuit fun.....sold this one last Dec, spent a lot on it and have buy back rights with the new owner.....when I get my own place

I'll probably get another as a toy.

No mate we don't (long story)

I'm working for a Wollongong company that has a branch in the Highlands. (IT support company)

They supply us with service vehicles, (company cars) I,m lucky I guess I have a Late model camira Wagon as they are switching over to Lancer wagons (fuel costs)

I,m lucky I live in an area which has some of the best roads in the country and I travel from Camden to Goulburn.

I have found so many great back roads thay I love to drive with a little spirit.

All the best

Gary.

PS. Still think one of the best dives is from Sydney down through the National Park to the Gong and up Macquarie pass and then back to Sydney via the old Hume Higway (Razorback)

I do this trip heaps and still love it.

Their pretty impressive stats. Have you ever been around Wakefield Park, I guess it would fly.

that's why I like MX-5's and Ford T's, plenty of affordable after market stuff to make them go, fun to drive and scope to be competitive if you wish.

I just want a car that I can toss around on our very narrow, windy roads.

Regards

Gary
