I wouldn't put much trust in the EDD. It will change all the time.

Then you've also got to take the holding yards and dispatch into account. Depending on the transport schedule it could sit there for a little while.

^^^ Adam is right, the computer system is an Estimated delivery date, it always changes, just get them to keep watching it for you - or get the stock number for the car and I can look it up for you HUSTLER.

I would say if Ford has found an issue before it hits the yards, they will try and fix it first rather than go through the dramam of a re-call

Well I was tossing up weather to get an XR8 or a T, if I am going to be waiting months for the car forget it. Couldn't care less how quick it is stock.

I thought you wouldn't be buying another one? Too thirsty, too hard on tyres, or something along those lines?

What about balance, handling, braking, fuel consumption?

I'm not into the quick thing as much as I want the thing to brake and handle properly. But if the engines got grunt, I tire of the car fairly quickly if it's under-engineered and/or driven in a way that expose its limitations.
