Cooler and stage 1 or 2 piping is well under 2k in anyone's kit. He doesn't need a plenum and could leave his hot side piping stock for now. If he wants more power later (which we all know he will) he can change hot side, do 4 inch intake and plenum for an easy and efficient 350+ on low boost. Crank up the boost and he can join the 400+ club. But my aim is a very moddest 250rwkw, so I think a wog cooler and some bigger piping will be more than enough. Mine does 300's all day long on a "cheap schitte Monza cooler". Helps to have a nice dump and cat tied into the deal as well - but..........
