I love how everyone has so much confidence in the provider of their car of choice lol

Good work Pat.

I have such fond memories of my father's XB 302 coupe back in '75.

Sadly, doubt it will happen.

Hmmm, a coupe would be good, but this is mere internut speculation - if only they would do it to grab the spotlight again!

I buy it, but only as a turbo and hopefully 100kg lighter and 8" shorter. Sick looking coupe. Ford a dickheads for not making a coupe and now they are broke we'll never see anything like one.

At least Ford are a little more realistic than Holden.

Expensive Daewoo knew full well their Coupe 60 would never go into production long before they showed it off. It had already been given the chop by Bob Lutz in the US because of their new environmental commitments, etc. It was only done to steal the thunder away from the FG, and it worked. Both Weels and Motor gave it more coverage than the FG, yet they both already knew it was only a distractor.

Well, I suppose Ford should start playing the game too. It wouldn't cost them a lot to produce some concept pictures, quote some pie in the sky figures and tell everyone it's their next big thing. It's also why no one has to wory about and of Holden's concepts/announcements until we actually get to see a production version, especially when Ford has new models coming.
