I have a question regarding the sound of the XR6T. I will be getting a manual FG XR6T in june and am debating wether I will spend a bit of money on a bigger cold air intake and filter. What the XR6T induction sound like? Can you actually here the turbo spooling up and when u get of the gas is there a "blow off" sort of sound. I dont mean really loud but just a sound to remind you its a turbo? If not do you think a CAI would do the trick? Keeping in mind I dont want a car people here miles away. Just a nice quiet woosh would be good. Th other think is In the FG XR6T ute, is the only way to get premiuim screen, gettin the luxury package?ThanksBen

For example the new Virtual Pivot Control link suspension is 22kg lighter than the old system, and the petrol I6 engines are around 11kg lighter by using the composite intake manifold. The new single press body panel is very rigid by using a Boron component in the steel. The single press body panel also improves the fit and finish of the exterior body panels, panel gaps are almost perfect all around - a big call I know! The total feel I got from the FG was that familiar falcon feel, I knew where I was and was very comfortable with the dynamics of the car. As a salesman I am pretty critical of what I sell, so for me to be excited about this vehicle is a big thing, it really does impress me and I can't wait for the rest of you to drive the car because it does everything we wanted it to and more.PatThe very first pilot build car from over 18 months ago had better panel fit accuracy than the production BF did at the time, and it was the first one off the line. that's shows how far they have come in terms of dimensional accuracy of the body panels.
