1.78.9!! FMD, I just paid 170.9 for Vortex 98 at Heathcote & I thought that was way to much.

Glad ive got a company car & I dont have to fill up every week.

I go through roughly a tank and a half a week it the ute which equals approx $200!!! used to be ok, $100 I can handle but almost $ 200 a week to run a car is ridiculous

Mate - dont forget servicing, wear and tear, and other running costs...

Ull find its a lot more then $200...

But as the others say, still cheaper then timezone... however daytona is still an old fav...

Don't try and justify your mistake with us Dillion! We don't need your patronising comments!

Glad I drive the laser during the week though.... :3gears:

The world's changing folks, and faster than we expected.

We'll come through it OK eh, but maybe not with combustion engines. The next generation of ricer crowd will be talking about how many amps, watts, and volts their cars have.

No problem with performance in electric cars - max torque ALL the time - just energy storage being the main problem. But once that's the only way for car makers to turn a profit, we'll find rapid advances in energy storage as money is thrown at the problem.

My BFII turbo is on a 3-year lease, ending in Aug 2010 with a $20k residual. As of the last few months, the car might be un-sellable by then. Which only makes my dreams of an FG turbo even more ridiculous!

its good to know that with all the profit these flamming mogrelsare making, it just ins't enough and they have to raise it just in time for the long weekend isnt it? :crybaby:

I filled the xr8 on tuesday on synergy 8000 ,1/4 tank left and it cost just under $85 to fill.

 it used to cost $60 (ahh memories)

I think I might have to do what my brother does and just close my eyes when I fill up and not look at the price :omg:
