I've been dealing with them for 8 years in one way or another and I've brought 2 new cars there myself and brought another 2 for other people. They also do all my servicing and they actually know what they are doing and know the cars. None of this replacing parts until the problem goes away bullsh*t and then you get handed a bill for a bunch of stuff you didn't even really need. No over-inflated city prices either.I can't recommend them highly enough. Wouldn't even consider another dealership.

Then had to take my ute back to them cos my engine light came on, when I dropped it off my fuel was down to 13.2 my stereo was off and seat was perfect. when I got in it to drive off my stereo nearlly defend me, seat was all screwed up and fuel was at 15.8 drove it for a day and my engine light came back on so rang them up again made an appointment but then thought better of it cancelled my appointment and went to see a tuner instead. So yer when I take it for a service there will be strict rules lol. DONT TOUCH MY STEREO and at least attempt to put my seat back where it was, I know im a short ass but god respect for a girls ute haha

I went to pick it up 3 weeks later only to have the clueless biatch from the service department ask why I have gauges on the dash. I replied with "cos I want too" she then suggested that there is no point modifying an XR6T and I should have bought a GT if I wanted to go fast By this time I was not a happy camper so without saying anything I got my keys and layed a big fat set out the front Definately 0/10 spare parts dept. not too bad 6/

Not one of us have anything good to say about Power Ford. We've had everything from countless returns for the same unrepaired fault, charging for sparkplugs not fitted in service and joy riding, to causing damage to the cars in their care.Even the local boys in blue caught them out a few years back for not carrying out the service they charged for on one of the Police Falcons.Pathetic bunch, and they never seem to know anything about recalls or common problems.
