BFPHOON - know what u mean...

the 2 times I have gone to Parra (new car) ford to look at buying a car, I have either been told im a lier on the quoted prices from others, or that I cant test drive a car, and there is a big waiting list, not to mention the trade price was about 5K under anyone elses in Sydney, not to mention even a dealer in Melb and QLD that gave me trade prices based on pics and log books...

Man I really DISLIKE PARRA FORD...

The used car guys are cool, never had service there so cant comment, but the spares guys are not to bad - price on the small few things I have gotten were not to bad...

Cant wait to take the last invoice for trade and new car price into that little weed in Parra and say just thought id let you know what the real market place is selling Fords for!!!

Guys I have to say that if you don't like the service you are getting, please please please tell the customer care follow up call you receive that you aren't happy!

I have sooo many people complaining about service dept (Even ours) yet the follow up surveys rate them as AAA! If Ford and the dealerships don't know how bad the service is, how can they improve it?

I cant say I've ever received a customer follow up call :roflmbo:

my local ford USED to be alright then the service manager left and they got a new one, who is nowhere near as good as the last one.

now my ute only goes to ford for warranty stuff.

my ford dealership lost my ute :shocked:

Titan Ford in WA WA land are 110% for service and warranty, due to the apparent boom here all the real mechanics have headed for the big money in the mining areas up north so sometimes they do suffer from a lack of expertise 85% for work

I have complained to Ford Customer Service on a number of occasions over the years. I rate their response as slightly better at -4/10.

Not picking on Ford here, most dealerships have proven to be just as crap over the years.

I only go to dealerships to purchase, 1st service, warranty work and trade-in. The rest is done by a reputable, professional and qualified mechanic.

Incredible. I got my car from poo ford in springwood (Q ford). My car broke down at 900 klms cause of the wiring harness from the fuel pump (rectified by myself). They said fine we have one here and will install it on the 5000klm serv. They didnt have it to install on the day, put 1 ltr 2 much oil, left all clips off air box, didnt do the expansion tank up tight dipstick was half out. Never been back.
