Mate if you are after Ford Dealerships, then you could alot worse than Metro Ford in Brisbane. But for me its Elite autos at Archerfield in Brisbane, bloody outstanding and allways god for a laugh and maybe a cappacino.

I've been using alto ford in st leonards for the last few years and been quite happy with them... there customer service is good and they deal with mods reasonably

Guys I have to say that if you don't like the service you are getting, please please please tell the customer care follow up call you receive that you aren't happy!

I have sooo many people complaining about service dept (Even ours) yet the follow up surveys rate them as AAA! If Ford and the dealerships don't know how bad the service is, how can they improve it?

only used a couple of ford service depts no real dramas ,but I would rather be able to talk directly with the guy doing the work on my car that's why I prefer the smaller professional workshops
