the only other thing I can think of is Cams

silly question....if you put different cams in does that make your engine a open motor (opposed to being unopened)

Unopened

I've just fitted a custom 3" intake pipe and pod filter behind the headlight.

and a XR6T Exhaust from the cat back, and I must say it runs alot better

and sound better. much more puncher threw out the revss.

but you can tell it needs a good custom tune to get most of all the

gains out of those to small mods.

ebxample - Is that whats currently in my XR6 PLUS the secondary lower snorkel?

Where are you located mate and how old is it all? Good condition?

Thanks for the responses guys - I really appreciate it :)

I have seen 20% BA underdrives on ebay - Will these fit my BF MKI??? Also looked for those 4495's but there are none at the moment.

And in the exhaust department - do I want a 'secondhand Cat-back turbo' exhaust?

Cheers,

Dan

The guy that sells the 4495 never has them listed, I don't know why, you need to email around a bit and find the guys, all I remember is his price was $200 lower than I could get in Sydney and he was from Vic.

The Under drive for the Falcon 6 cyl fit all BA-BF-FG falcons.

Hey guys,

Thanks for the help :)

Found an underdrive kit for $215 without a serpentine belt though...Anyone know how much these belts cost?

Hopefully getting a BA Typhoon Exhuast system.

Still searching for the headers.

Hopefully sorted out the snorkel.

Still after a performance cat

Flash tune will come later...

CHEERS EVERYONE!

Dan

any good exhaust shop that sells your headers should sell you a hi flow cat .... but remember you can't change the cat without doing the tune! you'll have to get your tuner to do do the change over so they can edit out the euro4 emmision settings. otherwise you'll get halfway down the road from the exhaust shop and wonder why the engine light is on and your car is acting doughy

The Exhausts for XR6t and the F6 are the same, so make sure you dont pay any extra just because its off a phoon.

Thanks Russ,

If I just change the Exhaust for the moment, I can keep the same cat until I get it changed, right?

Cheers,

Dan
